Kritie

Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Kritie is a tool that businesses use to talk to their customers on WhatsApp and to keep track of contacts, leads and campaigns. This page explains what information Kritie keeps, what it is used for, whom it is shared with and how you can ask for it to be changed or deleted.

Who is responsible

Kritie is operated by Azorx Solutios, a partnership firm (GSTIN 09ACKFA5506H1ZD), Shop No 4, Ground Floor, Dixit Farm House, Agra Road, Chungi, Etah – 207001, Uttar Pradesh, India. For the account data of the people who sign in, we are the data controller. For a business's own customer data (contacts, chats, leads), that business decides what is collected and why; we only process it on the business's behalf to provide the service.

Information we keep

  • Account details of the people who sign in: name, email address, phone number of the business owner, and sign-in history (date, IP address, browser).
  • Business data that a business puts into its account: contacts, labels, notes, leads, templates, campaigns, forms and settings.
  • WhatsApp messages and files sent or received through the WhatsApp Business number a business connects, with their delivery status.
  • Billing records: plan, payments, invoices and credits. Card or bank details are entered on the payment gateway's page, never on ours.
  • Website enquiries and demo requests you send us through this website (name, WhatsApp number, business, message).
  • Technical data needed to run the service: server logs and error reports, kept for a short time.

Information from WhatsApp (Meta)

When a business connects its WhatsApp Business number, we receive from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform the messages sent to that number, delivery and read events, template approval status, the number's quality and messaging limits, and the details of the WhatsApp Business Account the business chose to connect. This data is used only to provide the service to that business, is not used to build profiles for advertising, and is handled in line with Meta's platform terms and the WhatsApp Business policies. Access tokens that Meta gives us are stored encrypted.

What it is used for

  • To provide the service: showing chats, sending the messages a business asks to send, running its automations and reports.
  • To keep accounts safe, prevent misuse, fix problems and answer support requests.
  • To send service emails and notices about an account (for example password links, renewals and receipts).
  • To bill for the service and keep the records the law requires.
  • To answer an enquiry or demo request you sent us.

We do not sell this information and do not use a business's customer data for advertising.

Who it is shared with

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive WhatsApp messages for the connected number.
  • Service providers that run the service for us: cloud hosting and network (Cloudflare), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and, when a business pays online, its payment gateway (for example Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe or PayU).
  • An AI provider, only for the smart features a business has switched on, and only with that business's own data.
  • A reseller partner, when a business signed up through that partner: the partner manages the business's account, plan and billing.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers keep data outside India (for example in the EU or the US) under their own security commitments.

Cookies

The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your choices (for example light or dark mode). This website may use basic analytics to count visits; there are no advertising cookies.

Each business is responsible for its own customers' data

A business that uses Kritie decides whom it messages and what it stores. It must have permission (opt-in) from the people it messages and must respect requests to stop. If you received a message from a business and want it to stop, reply STOP to that message or contact that business directly; the business, not us, holds your details.

How long it is kept

Data is kept while an account is open. When a business closes its account or asks for deletion, its data is deleted within 30 days, except records that must be kept by law (for example invoices and payment records, kept for 8 years) and short-lived backups, which expire on their own. Sign-in history is kept for 90 days.

Security

Each business only sees its own data. Access tokens and secrets are stored encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access to the systems is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us quickly if you think someone else used your account.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information kept about you, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to the contact below. How to delete your account or data is explained on the data deletion page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Grievance Officer named below and, in India, to the Data Protection Board.

Children

The service is for businesses and their teams. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep their data.

Changes

This page can change. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced inside the app.
