Refund policy

This policy covers payments made to Grootfunnel Technologies Pvt Ltd for Kritie plans. Please read it together with our Terms of service.

Free trial

Free trials need no card and are never charged. When a trial ends, the account pauses until a plan is bought.

Plan payments

Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and do not renew automatically: nothing is charged again unless you pay for the next period. You can stop at any time by not renewing.

If you were charged by mistake, or charged twice, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method within 7 working days.

WhatsApp message charges and credits

Message charges are set by Meta (WhatsApp). Credits bought for messages are used as messages are sent and are not refundable once used.
